This is kinda funny. It would be way funnier if it was shorter. The joke is this guy is calling out the bearded guy not only on the street but in different situations. Once the joke is established, you just need to quickly highten it at each location. Otherwise you are just leaving in stuff for yourself, not your audience.
That's good work guys, but it could use some serious tightening up.
