I think he has great energy, even when not all the material really stood up to it. Tons of potential here, though.

Warren has great stage presence. He's energetic and likeable. I'd suggest that he takes his concepts a little further, though, that he explores ideas until he really finds something interesting in them. For example, the asian-ringtone joke is funny. But I wanted it to keep going; I want to hear another level of the joke.

I will give you some true feedback and comment on the last few negative comments posted: I've seen your material and passed you up on a headlining opportunity because I didn't see the originality I look for. BUT... you are highly animated and have potential but from what I've seen, there's just a little something still lacking. Keep it up, though. You still have a potentially promising future.
I agree with lil miss cali above...lacking originality which is probably why you haven't "broke out" yet and will likely always be the guy who makes the crowd REALLY appreciate their headlining act.
