There doesn't seem to be much of game here. Game isn't everything, of course, but it's especially important in sketch. And in this particular sketch, a lack of concept renders this little more than a series of low jabs at the Irish.

Your sketch has a nice strong structure, and some good details -- "the widow XXXX" is always a funny construction. That said, I don't really understand what the broad ethnic stereotypes add to the mix. Honestly, if you're going to do that kind of material, it better be great, with a strong perspective, or you're just going to piss people off.
