About the Competition

Paint a picture of your world in original words and music. Pick up the mic and teach 'em all a lesson. Do it right and you might just be the one to grab the cash and take the stage.

That's right. We're inviting you to participate in the Hip Hop Throwdown. This competition has been established to challenge aspiring Hip Hop artists to create and submit an original, compelling music video entry. Learn more.

When all is said and done, our grand prize winner will earn $2,500 in cold, hard cash and the chance to perform in front of the crowds and the press at one of the hottest clubs in the land.
