David Birnbaum grew up in Brooklyn. At age 19 he ended up in a wheelchair due to an auto accident in Park Slope, Brooklyn - but that never slowed down his life or sense of humor.
David's humor essays have been in the NY Times Magazine, NY Press, and college textbooks.
David Birnbaum has been doing standup comedy since 2003 at most of the popular clubs in Manhattan, Brooklyn, NJ, Long Island & Tampa, FL. He is a featured comedian at Standup-NY, The Stress Factory and Governors.
