I am a head instructor of the Nguyen School of Tae Kwon Do in Burnsville, MN. I run the martial arts school with my brother and we teach to both youth and adults through community education. About every other weekend for ten months in the year I am taking our competition team to various tournaments and coaching them locally and nationally. Along with the tournaments we run youth seminars for children grades K-6, provide demonstrations for various functions, and host annual intramural tournaments.
During the day I am a Manager of Technology Services working for the Office for Business & Community Economic Development at the University of Minnesota. I run a computer lab, develop and manage websites and databases, and provide IT support.
In my spare time I am training to run a marathon later this year and try to make time for some fishing. |
